Dear Owners / Occupiers,

We regret that we have to write this email to garner support to stop the constant harassment and disturbance to our Oxley Bizhub operation, by a group who named themselves as Oxley Task Force Group.

The leader of the Group is by one fellow owner calling himself PBM Koh.

This constant disturbance to disruption to the management office and the complaints to authorises on the so call non-compliance of owner's units resulted in authorities checking the building and requesting Management Office to take action against all owners have been very tiring and exhaustive for the staffs and Council. 

The past deliberate damages to the common area e.g., toilets, lift indicator panels etc... All these resulted in extra repair cost to the MCST funds.

The current Management Team had been prudent, and the staffs are also replaced to serve Oxley better.

The current maintenance status has improved a lot and we are not resting on our laurels and moving forward to other areas of improvements and further energy saving initiatives.

We trust that all Owners and Occupiers would want a healthy environment to do our business in and would support the Management Team to stop all the ongoing nonsense by supporting a petition to the Prime Minister's Office (PMO) to have a mediation with the leader of the Task Force Group.
