Build the new primary school in Faringdon before September 2021

The schools in Faringdon are overcrowded. Children at the Infant school have been taught in corridors and are now being taught in separate classrooms within the Junior school.
The proposed admissions arrangments for September 2018 consultation for Faringdon Infant school and Junior School suggest that all children who enter those schools in 2018 will remain at those schools as they transition to full primaries, and the Infant school will relocate to larger premises as a full primary school. However there is no certainty over when this new primary school will be available as it was being funded through S106 money for a development that is now on hold. It is likely that this primary school would not be available for 2021 when these children hit junior school age.
I want the children who enter the infant school in September 2018 to have confidence that they will not be taught in corridors, or be taught on a split site and that there will be a new school for them to go to.
The schools have coped brilliantly with the challenges they face, but it's time to have this new school.
