Is using a public toilet easy business? Is it even something you’ve considered being problematic?

My son has severe autism and still depends on nappies at the age of four. And will do for years to come. Autism isn’t usually something that slows your growth...so why are we only equip with changing tables that are (on average) 40-50cm wide? Why are we subjected too such adversity? Changing on a contaminated floor, standing up, or using the car, is our reality to this issue. But really, why should we put up with it? Surely we should be catered for just as well as those, who are able.

‘Baby’ changing is usually shared with the disabled. However, I find this amusing, through pure assumption that all disabled members are adept with using a toilet. Why are we subjected to such shameless conditions.

Therefore my quest, with your help, is to end this demoralising issue and provide our less able candidates with what they require, and most rightly deserve. Using a public toilet should be just as an ease for us as everyone else. So please, sign my petition if you are at least in agreement, or more so, want to make a change.
