I have owned 2 dogs throughout my life so far and I have rescued both of them, which I highly believe in. My first dog had been rescued from a government facility lab where they do testing on animals. When I got my dog, she was extremely distraught and scared of everything and everyone. I eventually got her to open up to me and trust me to take care of her, but still to this day she is scared of almost everyone who comes her way. I want to put an end to testing on animals in government labs so that these animals can live a long normal life without having to live in fear or with post traumatic stress from these labs.
