Johnny Depp lost a legal battle in the UK against the media outlet the Sun for calling him a wife beater. We now know that he is not.

We also now know that Amber Heard committed perjury when claiming in that trial that she had donated (not pledged) all the money she had received in the divorce settlement with Johnny. We now know absolutely certain that this was a lie.

The judge based his believe of the verbal testimony of Amber Heard (over JD's) on the assumption this was correct, and proved no motive for any hoax. We now know much better. 

The judgement based on false assumptions (and this is only part of the issues one could have with the UK judgement) must be questioned and overturned.
