We have a lovely group of Hotel School students who are being affected by an unfortunate deadline for our establishment class. We are over worked college students seeking some support on our mental health. An assignment due on May 6th 2022 is greatly affecting our ability to function effectively. We request a 48 hour extension.  We would greatly appreciate our Professor Lily Jan to move our assignment to a more reasonable date. We have Mexicans, Spencer and Simon Jimenez who we must celebrate.
