It is not in the interest of the general public, nor the welfare of the S2 Marauders to run a bloody cross time trial in order to "win bloody cross". As with the tyrannical rule of the North Korean populace, this is yet another prime example of an outright violation of human rights (The Interview 2014, Star Wars: A New Hope 1977, Happy Gilmore 1996).
