This petition is created for awareness.The City of San Leandro doesn't have a smooth outdoor rollerskating/dance space.Basketball and tennis players has courts.Skateboarders has Thrasher Park and Rollerskaters don't have a rollerskating park or area.Rollerskaters don't have a platform , We don’t have a home.The Rollerskating Community of all ages has increased during and after the pandemic.Many families cannot afford to drive to other cities to enjoy rollerskating or have rollerskating lessons.Rollerskating will give our children/youth another optional activity for fun and exercise.We have certified and highly trained rollerskating teachers that are willing to offer free classes to the families in San Leandro.The Rollerskating Community is Love .We welcome all ages identities,ethnicities and abilities.We are willing to participate in taking care of a rollerskating platform if developed here in the City of San Leandro. Roller skaters deserve to have a place to belong .
