Currently, we have this "thing" for our celebration after a point. However, this "thing" is not reasonable for three reasons. Firstly, we are out of sync causing us to look unprofessional and unorganized. Secondly, touching each other's hand is like shaking the hand of a stranger, we are a team and we need to act like one. We should team huddle because it makes us look like a tight-knit family. Thirdly, it is more simple and easier to just team huddle. To do this "thing" correctly we need to perfectly do it in time, whereas if we just team huddle, we come in open our arms and go back out. Thank you for listening to my ted talk.
