PROBLEMS OF LIFE BELOW WATER

Impact:

Ocean acidification which is causes a problem to the ecosystem underwater. Ocean acidification is mainly caused by carbon dioxide gas in the atmosphere dissolving into the ocean which is harmful for some organism.

Pollutions such as chemicals and trash are also a big threat to many species. Chemical waste and trash are being dumped in the ocean more than it use to be back in the days and it is causing more and more species to extinct.

Problem:

The main problem that I have found us overfishing. Overfishing is causing many ocean life's to lose their habitat and going extinct. Because of overfishing, all sorts of fish are decreasing and being completely  erased from the ocean.

Targets/Solutions:

The target is to end harmful fishing subsidies, stop overfishing, end illegal, unreported and unregulated fishing, and end destructive fishing practices.

Reduce pollution and protect marine and coastal ecosystems.
