There is a MAJOR problem within the York city school district where the safety of our children is being brushed under the rug! Bullying & violence is not being taken as seriously as we would expect it to, our children are being robbed of an education due to this & not enough parents are SPEAKING UP! If a school principal can sit in a parents face & say (shrugging shoulders) “I’m sorry you feel that way, I’m doing my best, it’s the rules, we are short staffed so I can’t guarantee your child’s safety.” THEN WE NEED A NEW AUTHORITY IN OFFICE WHO CAN EASE THE MINDS OF THESE PARENTS & DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE ONGOING ISSUES!
