俄罗斯对乌克兰的入侵与我们的态度

战争在黑暗中开始了。

2022年2月22日凌晨（莫斯科当地时间21日晚），俄罗斯总统普京签署命令，宣布承认乌克兰东部民间武装自称的顿涅茨克人民共和国和卢甘斯克人民共和国为独立国家，继而于24日派遣海陆空军发动了对乌克兰的大规模入侵。

一个联合国常任理事国，一个拥有核武器的大国，竟然对弱小的兄弟之邦大打出手，国际社会为之震惊。战争往何处去？会不会导致大规模的世界战争？历史上的巨大灾难往往源于局部冲突。国际舆论忧心忡忡。

连日来，互联网即时直播战况：废墟、炮声、难民……乌克兰的伤口深深地刺痛了我们。作为曾经饱受战争蹂躏的国家，家破人亡、饿殍千里、割地赔款……，这些苦难和耻辱铸就了我们的历史意识，我们对乌克兰人民的痛苦感同身受。

连日来，反战的声音四处响起。乌克兰人民起来了，乌克兰老母亲在厉声训斥不速之客，乌克兰老父亲在痛陈战争之恶，9岁的乌克兰幼女用泪声呼唤和平。俄罗斯人民起来了，在莫斯科，在圣彼得堡，在其他城市，市民们走上街头，科学家们发出反战声明。和平，和平，反战的声音跨越国界，震撼人心。

Війна почалася в темряві.

Рано вранці 22 лютого 2022 року (вечір 21-го за місцевим часом за Москвою) президент Росії Володимир Путін підписав указ про визнання самопроголошених Донецької Народної Республіки та Луганської Народної Республіки Східної України незалежними державами. а потім 24. Морські, сухопутні та повітряні сили були направлені для початку широкомасштабного вторгнення в Україну.

Міжнародне співтовариство було шоковано тим, що постійний член Організації Об’єднаних Націй, велика країна з ядерною зброєю, буде воювати проти слабкої і братньої країни. Куди йде війна? Чи призведе це до масштабної світової війни? Великі катастрофи в історії часто є результатом локальних конфліктів. Міжнародна громадська думка стурбована.

Останніми днями в Інтернеті транслюються прямі трансляції бойової обстановки: руїни, стрілянина, біженці... Рани України глибоко врізали нас. Як країну, яка колись була спустошена війною, були знищені сім’ї, люди вмирали з голоду, віддавали землю на виплату контрибуції... Ці страждання та приниження сформували нашу історичну свідомість, і ми співчуваємо болю українського народу.

За останні кілька днів звідусіль лунали антивоєнні голоси. Український народ встає, стара українська мати лає непроханих гостей, старий український батько нарікає на зло війни, а 9-річна українка зі сльозами кличе до миру. Піднявся російський народ, в Москві, в Петербурзі, в інших містах громадяни вийшли на вулиці, вчені виступили з антивоєнними заявами. Голоси миру, миру та антивоєнної війни перетинають національні кордони і шокують.

Протягом останніх днів ми уважно стежили за розвитком ситуації, думали про минуле та думали про майбутнє. Серед усього шуму ми відчули потребу почути наші голоси.

Ми рішуче виступаємо проти війни Росії проти України. Незважаючи на тисячі причин і всіляких виправдань Росії, застосування сили для вторгнення в суверенну країну є порушенням норм міжнародних відносин, заснованих на Статуті ООН, і порушенням існуючої системи міжнародної безпеки.

Ми твердо підтримуємо дії українського народу на захист своєї країни. Ми стурбовані тим, що силові дії Росії призведуть до заворушень у Європі та всьому світі та призведуть до ширших гуманітарних катастроф.

Ми рішуче закликаємо російський уряд і президента Путіна припинити війну та вирішувати суперечки шляхом переговорів. Влада не тільки знищить досягнення цивілізації та принципи міжнародної справедливості, а й принесе величезний ганьб і лихо російському народу.

Мир починається з бажання серця. Ми проти несправедливих війн.

Однак пост швидко заблокували через цензуру КПК.
