I want to protect this area as a mixed neighbourhood for families and mixed use low rise buildings.

Je suis pour une densification intelligente et harmonieuse.
Je n'approuve pas la densification sauvage qui diminue la qualité de vie des résidents.

Our City government should be working for all citizens not the few, the developers.

High-rise development on the south side of Rideau should not be permitted, following on the very legitimate concerns of residents and home owners of Sandy Hill.

To preserve the character of this historic neighborhood and prevent the addition of another high rise in the area.

I'd like to see a gradual change in building heights from the residential and heritage community of Sandy Hill and the downtown core. So should be with the buildings along Rideau St. so as not to create a visual and physical 'wall' of buildings. Development along Rideau should be much more of a human scale, 6 stories maximum in my opinion.

"Putting loop-holes in the CDP to allow high-rises is dishonest and no one gains in the long term from bad planning." We need good planning and council members who will adhere to it through all pressures and persuasions
