The principle of Otjikondavirongo Primary school run the school like a dictator and does things as she pleases. She disregards the community and has the following activities:

1. She admitted the Kindergarten  in the hostel while the hostel without the school committee approval
2. She get involve in the hostel food programme by getting the hostel keys measure the food.
3. Order hostel food while hostel matron is there.

5. Suspend a student from the hostel because he is late to the study, to go call his parent while the parent of kids not yet came she replaced that learner with another one in the hostel.
6. There is mishandling of Kindergarten funds that the parents pays is not reported.
