The population in Poinciana Florida has exceeded the ability of the existing roads to allow people to get to and from work. Improvements to existing roads like Pleasant Hill, Cypress Parkway, and Poinciana Blvd are desperately needed along with construction of the long promised Southport Connecter. 

The new Mobility Fee Ordinance ( #2018-7 adopted on January 8th, 2018 ) provides a tax revenue stream that can be used to finance this much needed construction. The Poinciana residents and friends signing this petition are asking the Osceola County Commission to commit these new tax revenues to solving the Poinciana transportation problems.
