Hello this is Brenda from Samantha’s court. We have been practicing for around 2 months for a very special day where we will be celebrating 15 years of Samantha’s life. It’s a special day for her, she will be surrounded by family & friends. During our practices we decided to not have Oscar be apart of a dance, he is the only male in the group & we wanted it to only be girls. We want him to put a wig on mid dance & come out. It will be a funny scene & unforgettable. He will make the crowd laugh. There is one problem, Oscar does not want to put the wig on. Please sign this petition to making everyone laugh.
