In summer heating weather working out outside or even standing outside you automatically start sweating and it’s harder to breathe. If we weren’t forced to wear t-shirt this would help out conditions tremendously. In experience, I myself feel better working outside in cooler condition and without t-shirt causes that. Our school mainly forces the females to wear t-shirt while they allow the guys to not follow this rule as hard while being outside. So if this rule was lifted for both males and females the people affected by this rule would be in better conditions.
