This petition is to demonstrate opposition to West Herr's proposed rezoning of property at Brompton and Southwestern to allow for construction of a car dealership. The petition will be presented to members of the Town of Hamburg's Planning Board and Town Board to show local residents' opposition to the proposed car dealership and rezoning. 

The car dealership is wholly inappropriate given the residential character of the area. Additionally, the zoning classification West Herr is seeking should not even permit a car dealership if applied properly. Demonstrated neighborhood opposition can stop this inappropriate, out of place project.
