An applicant for the vacant lot in Bown Crossing hopes to build a restaurant and/or a retail space. The proposed development seeks a conditional use permit to reduce the number of required parking spaces. The last thing Bown Crossing needs is a parking reduction. Bown Crossing already has parking problems, and the addition of a new restaurant and/or retail space with less than the required parking under the Boise City Code would only exacerbate these parking problems.

Each of the names set forth in this petition is a Bown Crossing property owner, a Bown Crossing tenant, or a Boise resident who opposes the proposed development of a restaurant and/or retail space on the vacant lot located specifically at 3047 S Bown Way, Boise, ID 83706.
