The Walnut Grove Major Subdivision proposed by West Coast Land & Development is looking to amend their current project that consists of 6 homes, into 14 homes to include up to 3 Below Market Rate homes.  This development is located at 985 Mohr Lane with a proposed road across from Wicket Court.  Minimal information is provided and/or disclosed on their site.

We oppose this development as it contradicts the General Plan Designation that currently classifies the area as Low Density Residential (min 7,000 sq ft lot), rezoning into a High Density Residential area with an average of 4,000 sq ft lots. This would also mean the removal of native trees and vegetation without the possibility, the space to plant new ones; it will diminish the privacy of nearing homes due to the short fence set backs with two story homes and the addition of the road, it's only access point, will increase traffic on Mohr Ln. and will affect the safety in the neighborhood.

This is an aggressive development that will negatively impact our community.
