Oppose the gross overdevelopment of [Redacted] including the demolition of existing structures, modifications to a heritage building including the construction of a two level basement carpark and a childcare centre for 176 children. 

The proposed development will have adverse impacts including but not limited to the neighbouring homes, surrounding street network, loss of privacy, loss of amenity and the peaceful enjoyment of established homes in a quiet residential street. 

The proposed development is out of character and context for its proposed location and will have irreversible effects on the values of the existing homes.
