We are asking for support from Augusta-Richmond County residents to oppose the rezoning of the Ray Property on Pleasant Home Rd in Augusta, GA. Our reasons against re-zoning to allow high density development are well documented and most importantly it doesn’t comply with the tax-payer funded “Envision Augusta Comprehensive plan” that calls to “Maintain low-density single-family residential development in areas where it is already the predominant land use.”

We are fine with development of the property but not with the number of units proposed (133). 99 high quality single family units or less! With traffic solutions on Pleasant Home Rd and no cut through to Ravenwood. 

Please sign this petition to stand with the neighborhoods along the Pleasant Home Rd Corridor and STOP the project from moving forward at this high of a density.
