Hello my fellow villagers,

I have lived in Newington Village for the past 6 years.  My reason for moving my family here, was to have nice orchards and surroundings for my family to grow up in. To be fighting again with Gladmans so soon is simply frustrating!

Gladmans plans, will have an effect on every person living in this village and even surrounding areas!

The air Pollution in the area is increasing and will only get worse with a further 135 properties.  Not to mention the endangered species we have living in the Orchard. This includes Bats, Birds, and insects.

The A2 London Road already is struggling with traffic due to many new builds in Newington and Rainham. Should the A249 close (which happens regularly) the road is completely gridlocked.

Newington simply does not have the infrastructure to support such a request. 

Please support us in stopping this planning going ahead.  Together as a village we are strong!

Gladmans Planning to build 135 dwellings at Pond Farm - calling it now Land South of London Road Newington.

Many villagers are having trouble accessing Swale Council website to oppose the planning.  Planning Reference is 22/500275/OUT.
