Bootloader Unlock for Oppo Reno 10x zoom

Oppo company Should provide bootloader unlock apk, so it won't violate the GPL rules, and thus helping Third-party development to flourish. Android is Open Source so we can Develop custom ROMs. For this, we need the bootloader unlock apk ( Deep test apk) for Oppo Reno 10x zoom global Variant. They already released for the Chinese variant but we want deep test apk also for the global version. Without Deep test apk, we can't access fastboot mode & without fastboot mode, we can't unlock the bootloader so we want Deep Test apk for Reno 10x zoom Global  Variant. A  lot of the users want this for a long time. We already do lots of tweets on Twitter & as well as on coloros community page regarding bootloader unlock for global variant but no one gives proper information to us & they have only bots on social media whose automatic reply by recognizing any word. Every time we got the same reply from Twitter as well as the coloros community page that we have shared your feedback to the concerns team. After that, we have not received any reply from the concerned team.
