Telkom has removed ADSL prior to making sure that there is hardline support, thus creating an issue in the area where proper internet connections are hard to come by at affordable prices. Due to the current pandemic many people are working from home without a reliable connection in order to their business, as well students are unable to do their online classes due to the poor quality of connection and this infringes on the basic human rights of having proper education. So if hardline support like fibre can be implemented within the area it will improve the ability of those in the area to work and for students to follow their studies.
