On April 28th, 2022 I took my grandchildren to Twin Kiss for ice cream. As per usual, they had asked to go to the sitting area where there are picnic tables, a swing set with a slide, a volley ball net, connect four, along with many other toys for the kids to enjoy, while the adults can relax and know that their child is playing safely. It is a perfect little area that is fenced in, so no children can get out unexpectedly. My grandkids love playing there after their ice cream is finished. 
     

     Unfortunately when I had taken them over to play, there was a lock on the gate. I had asked what the lock was for and what exactly is the reasoning. I was told that they had to close the area as they were told to do so by the mayor. 

     I can not seem to get past this. This is not only unfair for Twin Kiss itself, but all of the loyal customers. The look on my grandkids faces when I had told them that they could not play was heart breaking. Not only to be able to tell them on that day, but to have to explain to them that every time we go there that they will no longer be able to enter the picnic area. This is so upsetting to me. Please help by signing this petition and getting the Twin Kiss picnic area back open. It would mean world to not only just me, but my family and the community as well. Thank you!
