It's been two years since the world shut down and ever since, we have been working towards getting back to normal. As scientists and other medical professionals learn more about the COVID-19 virus and its variants, we are learning how to live life safely. With the vaccine, masks, and hand sanitizer drying out our hands, we as a community have proven that we care to keep our family, friends, and community safe. 

With that said, the world is beginning to open up. Businesses are reopening, children are back in school, and citizens are able to enjoy recreational activities. When it comes to Season's Glen, I have fond memories of using the community center to play a round of pool, sweating up a storm in the fitness center, and celebrating milestones in the community room. 

Sadly, while the world has open its doors again, Season's Glen has failed to open the doors of our beloved community center, a place that we have been continuing to pay for. 

The science has made it clear: one cannot contract COVID-19 by touching surfaces. Furthermore, I can only imagine that if the Community Center opened, residents would do their part to make it safe and enjoyable for everyone. 

That's why my dear neighbors, I am asking that we come together and make our voices heard. Please join me in signing this petition in an effort to open the community center so that we can (responsibly) once again, enjoy the community center and all that it has to offer.
