Open the rear elevator doors at the 191st #1 Train station

On a daily basis the elevator at the 191st Street Station is extremely crowded.  The lines for the elevators to get in and out of the station are outrageously long.  In fact the students from the High School for Media and Communications conducted a poll at the George Washington Campus where 92% of the respondents stated that they wait between 2 -7 minutes for the elevator. This causes the commuters to become aggravated and unruly which could potentially lead to safety issues. The elevator service is unpredictable because some days the elevators are working, however, on other days some of the elevators are out of service. This causes people to be  late for work and school especially the students at George Washington Educational Campus. We are proposing that the MTA open the rear doors of the elevator in an attempt to ease and smoothen the flow of commuters especially during rush hour.
