For more than an entire month now, the boys' bathroom in the Avonworth High School Cafeteria has been closed and locked WITHOUT EXPLANATION other than a statement given by Avonworth HS Head Principal Keera Dwulit: "We'll open it when you guys quit trashing it."  Over the weekend, the bathroom was open and was noted to be fully functional for the Avonworth Craft Show.  The unexpected closure of this bathroom is causing students with classes on the far end of the school to have to walk more than 3 times the distance to get to the bathrooms outside the library, often resulting in leaving class for close to ten minutes just to use the bathroom.  Meanwhile, the girls' bathroom remains open and free to use.  We the students of Avonworth will not stand for this blatant sexism any longer!
