Waiting 2-4 hours at the border just to cross to the other side is ridiculously

Mexicali-USA or USA-Mexicali. It would be nice to have at least 20 open booths to cross quickly less then 20 min. My goal is to get lots of signatures for this to happen. 

we need you guys to make this happen. 

if we win this we will no longer have to wait 2-4 hours just to cross the other side.
