Aviation is not the future of travel. We need to invest in cleaner transport for the sake of our climate and stop bailing out tax-avoidant corporations with tax-payer funds.

Australian government paying companies to operate here?
Firms make $18 billion in income, zero profit, yet millions of tonnes of emissions deposited high in the air where they can heat the planet most, and want a billion dollars to tide them over.
3/4 or more flights are non-essential and taken by 1/2 of Australians while the other half don’t fly from one year to the next. We need medical equipment distributed by government, not taxpayer-supported long distance tourism. This is incurring a huge inter-generational debt.
