Asslam-u-Elaikum:

This is in regards to recent political crises created by a foreign country with the help of some of our own collaborators by writing a threatening memo/letter to our state departments. Prime Minister of Pakistan Mr. Imran Khan disclosed this letter in a public address on the Parade ground, Islamabad on March 27, 2022. He disclosed only a few contents of this letter on that day which they received in the foreign office on March 07, 2022. 

Different electronic and newsprint media houses are claiming that this is a telegram sent by our Ambassador to the United States Mr. Asad Majeed Khan, who had a meeting with the Deputy Secretary of State, USA.

Later on, Mr. Imran Khan gave a briefing to senior media anchorpersons about this letter on March 30, 2022. PM said that the letter carrying evidence of a foreign conspiracy to topple his government would be presented before the in-camera session of the Parliament. PM Imran Khan shared some content of the threatening letter with the journalists. 

According to the letter, problems for Pakistan will increase, if the no-confidence motion against PM Imran Khan fails. “We are not happy; everything will be fine, only when the no-trust motion passes.” The premier in his briefing said that the letter also showed concerns over his recent visit to Russia.

PM Imran Khan said that the letter highlighted the future ties by connecting it with the foreign policy that threatened regime change in Pakistan.

Mr. Imran Khan shared the contents of this letter to his cabinet members on March 31, 2022, and later on chaired the meeting of the National Security Committee on this matter. The Committee decided that Pakistan will issue a strong demarche to the country in question both in Islamabad and in the country’s capital through proper channel in keeping with diplomatic norms," a statement issued from the PM Office said.

Your honor the matter is very serious in nature and it has long-lasting consequences on the future of Pakistan. It requires immediate attention and a high-level Judicial or JIT inquiry to find out all those who are collaborating with this foreign country and trying to destabilize the beloved Country's Government for the sake of their own ill-gotten personal interest. We are a sovereign state and no one has the right to interfere in our internal matters. Secondly, association with foreign countries to create anarchy, unrest, political instability, and illegal actions to destabilize the elected Government is an act of treason. 

Just to appeal on a lighter note that if our Supreme Court would have decided on the cases of memo gate and Dawn leak scandals and punished all those who were involved then we might have initiated an inquiry on this issue right away. We failed to bring in court all those who were nominated in the memo gate inquiry report. 

Unfortunately, our justice system does not deliver and punish the powerful criminals, this system, in fact, supports the criminals, and elite mafia. Our corrupt political class is again making a fool of the whole nation and playing with the fortune of the country. The worst example of our poor justice system is the bail of a convicted person and then letting him escape from the Country. 

Another worst example is the murder case of Mr. Nazim Jokhio, a media person, where Sindh High Court single Judge granted interim pre-arrest bail to Jam Abdul Karim. Whereas the MPA along with his MNA brother Jam Karim and others has been booked for allegedly torturing Nazim to death as he had tried to prevent his foreign guests from hunting houbara bustard. Dawn leak, Panama leaks, Karachi police killings, and Baldia Town factory fire cases are black marks on our judicial system. There are so many other worst examples like this but I do not want to mention them right now. This is enough shame on the judicial system of a so-called civilized nation.

Your honor, we need justice and justice, which we can see. Poor Pakistanis are suffering and the day-by-day country is going into a chaotic situation. 

Allah is the only one who can do right justice in this universe but He has designated these powers to you judges on the earth. Allah is not gone come down on earth to do justice. He has delegated these powers to you, and you being the Chief Justice of Pakistan is responsible to act on behalf of Allah for the poor people of Pakistan. For your information, if you do not mind my highness I am quoting some of the verses of the Quran about Justice. Allah says in Quran as follows:-

Among those we have created, there is a community who guide by the Truth and acts justly according to it. (Surat al-A‘raf, 181)

… if you do judge, judge between them justly. Allah loves the just. (Surat al-Maida, 42)

We sent Our Messengers with the Clear Signs and sent down the Book and the Balance with them so that humankind might establish justice. (Surat al-Hadid, 25)

You who believe! be upholders of justice, bearing witness for Allah alone, even against yourselves or your parents and relatives. Whether they are rich or poor, Allah is well able to look after them. Do not follow your own desires and deviate from the truth. If you twist or turn away, Allah is aware of what you do. (Surat an-Nisa’, 135)

Prophet of Islam (peace be upon him) declared:

“There are seven categories of people whom God will shelter under His shade on the Day when there will be no shade except His. [One is] the just leader.”(Saheeh Muslim)

My dear Chief Justice of Pakistan, the Poor public is suffering and dying on daily basis due to scarcity of resources, jobs, medical facilities, education, security, injustice, and discrimination of political class. The corrupt political class is availing all resources of this country, ignoring the poor to whom they oath to deliver. Our mothers are delivering babies at the gates of hospitals and the corrupt political class is getting medical treatments in foreign hospitals at the cost of public money. Now they start working in partnership with foreign countries to subvert the country and fulfill the evil agenda of our enemy countries. Law must punish all these traitors.

It is my humble request to the honorable Chief Justice please act and do justice for the poor public of Pakistan.
