I'm signing because I had a mini stroke at 27 and while I didn't need phyiscal therapy, I can't imagine not having it available to me if I did have to go though it

I WANT THIS CHANGED FOR THE FUTURE. This is discrimination. My family member Ronnie morris had a stroke at 37 why shouldn't he get help. He can contribute so much to our country if he can get back to the person he was.
