Good initiative by labour govt and immigration minister to give replacement visas who loss their time frame in overseas you are giving directly 3 years to them if they loose one day in their visa but who STAYED AND WORKED AND SERVED TO THE AUSTRALIAN COMMUNITY (ONSHORE 485 people),  why you are not extending or giving  any exemptions for onshore applicants and when many of them lodging their subclass 408 some of them getting no stay after visa.

You can extend 1-3 years,who got only 2 years of 485 and it’s expiring soon or GOVT can give any exemptions to apply PR.
