In the midst of such high temperatures and increasing covid cases, we,the 2nd sem students of Jesus and Mary college request the administration to consider online classes for majority of the summer. Many people we know are falling ill because of the atrocious heat and many are scared to come to college after knowing how most of the faculty and students have tested positive. We would obviously not want to bring the virus to our respective homes.

On the 2nd of May 2022, Hansraj college (Delhi university) as well as the Haryana government has acknowledged the struggle of attending classes in the heat.
