The surname comes  before the actual name in few states and after actual names in few states.  Few forms will be asked first name, given name etc. There is lot of confusion. Lot of places, applications are being rejected due to this name mismatch while claims.

PAN will have surname as post fix to name, in Telugu states, surname will prefix to actual name.

Kindly make one India and one naming standard, so that everyone will have same type.
