Pokémon Go is a free, GPS location based game for mobile phones and tablets that sees users create an Avatar (Trainer) to capture, battle and train Pokémon characters within the game, it’s that simple.

A hige element of the game is the ability to form friendships, friendship levels increase via gift sending and recieving, battles and trades. When you reach the maximum level of friendship "Best Friends" there is a random oppurtunity to become "Lucky Friends" which then turns your next traded Pokemon to a "Lucky Pokemon" which is sort after by many trainers.

The distance you can currently trade a pokemon is restricted to 100 metres, this is great if you only have friends in your town or suburb but many trainers have friends all over the world. 

The Pokemon Go game has the ability for trainers to battle all over the world via an invite from another trainer so why not be able to trade globally?

Through my involvement with Pokemon Groups, locally and globally this added feature, wether it be a day, week or attached to anothr event would greatly enhance the pleasure of the game and increase it's global reach.
