Against Oman Air employing money grabbing strategies and complete disregard of customers.
Why this petition matters
Many of Oman Air customers have faced, are facing, will face some or all of the problems below.
All the problems reported are merely the ones I have faced myself and backed by phone recording and email evidence.
1- Unable to update flights, view the correct information about my flights online.
2- Hours on the phone trying to get hold of a customer services representative who will always refer you to a different number, department or ask you to do it online (which is what you are calling about not being able to do)
3- Calling different office, internationally with high call costs, results in the same as number 2
4- Emails are ignored, refund requests are ignored, and formal complaints are ignored. When they are not, they are replied to with automated messages, or useless guidelines.
5- If you are lucky enough to get a promise on the phone, that is completely ignored if you are lucky enough to get an email 2 weeks later.
6- Oman Air has cancelled flights without notice, some notices delivered 24 hours AFTER the flight.
7- Conflicting information provided.
8- No respect for the client, their time, money, nor effort.
We demand our money back. Never again Oman Air!!!!!
