Sweet 98.5 believes that, as long as Halloween is on a school night, we need to make the following day a school holiday.  It is not healthy for our children (and parents) to have to go out late at night trick or treating and then be expected to function normally the next day.  It is unfair and potentially dangerous to everyone.  Plus, it just really sucks getting up early the next day.
