Recently, Construction was underway constructing a barrier for a Garbage Dumpster to be located across from residential neighborhood. The concern is that it detracts from Park aesthetic and will draw rats and other disease carrying rodents. The community wants this moved and/or removed now. No residents were notified or had a say in this.
