Dom King should be in Team GB’s Olympic Squad for the Tokyo Olympic Games
Why this petition matters

Colchester Athlete and two times Olympian Dom King has inexplicably not been selected by British Athletics to represent GB in the 50km race walking event at the Tokyo Olympics.
Earlier in the year when competing in a British Olympic Race Walking trial, Dom broke a British record, held by Chris Maddocks, in the 50km race walking event which had stood for 29 years. Dom slashed 24 seconds off of the record!
Subsequently, Dom was invited to participate in the Tokyo Olympics by World Athletics which British Athletics rejected outright despite him being the only British male athlete to achieve a British record in his trial.
Dom should be in the GB Olympics’ Team on merit - no question!
If you believe like me that this is grossly unfair, please sign the petition - in Dom’s own words, ‘the rules of fairness and due process have been violated’. You can read more about the unfair situation Dom find’s himself in at https://athleticsweekly.com/athletics-news/dominic-king-appeals-against-olympics-snub-1039946693/
We need to put pressure on British Athletics to reverse their decision and right this wrong!
