Exams exemptions for Juniors who took the ACT
This petition had 508 supporters
As the class of 2018 we are are the guinea pigs for new styles of Ohio state testing. Since freshman year, we have taken multiple different types of test and still remain the only class having to take these tests and exams. This year, again, we switched it up and took the ACT. The ACT covers math, science, and english. The Juniors who took the ACT and completed it should be rewarded with exemptions in these subjects. Colleges use the ACT to determine students excellence in these categories. Thus, if they use it for college standards, it should be acceptable for high school requirements as well.
