OLA electric had promised to deliver their electric bike In an stiputated time frame but has failed to do so and has kept customers in dark by not sharing the current location of their bikes and giving false promises about delivery. People have made the full payment on January 21st and they are still unaware of the status of their bikes, this is completely unprofessional by OLA electric and will certainly hamper their image in the near future.
