Woodrow Davison started this petition to Oklahoma State House and

How can it be fair for people to ask on a application if you been convicted of a felony? What does that have to do with your work ethics and how you work.                                     But we have millions of people of all walks of life coming to the united states everyday. If people like you and i that are experiencing stuff all the time. Witch I know im not the only one having this issue. Something needs to be done.                                            And most states just not oklahoma want to crucify for a non violent offense. Unless your a child predator or a murderer i could see why they wouldn't want to hire you. Non violent offenses. And are older now, and changed your whole life. People,Places and things and have documentations and awards that you have to prove this . Witch is a embarrassment to  do so alone.  Some companies go back 5 years, 10, 20yrs. Depends on the company. Its like we have been out casted from are own society. Cant even find a great place to live in oklahoma if you have a felony . Non violent. If you paid you debt to society and the justice system that should be enough. But its not Why?. Help me get signatures to get the box of applications like it was suppose to be in the first place. We have all been put into a class of people because of are past. The past don't define who you are today. But we are letting them win. Help me stop this please. Thank you
