We ask for District Attorney Jason Hicks, ADA Ali Buckholt, and Mathew Peck's resignation. If they refuse to step down we ask that the Attorney General and the Mayor to step in and handle our complaints. 

Jason Hicks was elected for district 6 based on his platform to fight against drugs including methamphetamines and hold everyone accountable for the choices they make.  Jason Hicks is doing exactly the opposite. His only focus is the political ladder. We as a community are still fighting the war on methamphetamines and drugs and are asking Jason Hicks to step down as DA. We need someone in office that's willing to fight for the safety of our streets and our kiddos And that's not him. A woman high on methamphetamines runs over and kills her son and Jason's office is telling us that they had to consult with 3 outside Attorneys to even make Is it possible to charge her with negligent homicide. Where is the DUI? Where is the child endangerment charges? He supports a police officer that was fired from his county for killing his k9 partner. Jason has become a dangerous man playing with people's lives. Where is the Justice for the six-year-old little boy that will never get to grow up and be a sheriff's deputy as that was his dream? Where is justice for Journey? Where is justice for John Mitchell? Where is the Justice for the poor K9 officer, Officer BAK, that lost his life at the hands of his handler? where is justice for all of our kiddos in district 6 that are suffering at the hands of drug addicted parents? So we are asking for Jason to step down and make it possible for someone that still cares about these kiddos and our streets to step up.  It's clear that Jason Hicks is not going to help us so at the very least why continue to hurt us? District 6 and its citizens deserve better!

Ali Buckholts lied to us from day one. She has kept info from us.  She tried having Donna thrown in jail to keep her out of a meeting. She has put Donna's life in danger talking about it in a public room.  Ali will not take a case she can't win by plea she gets plea by fear she makes you think there is no other choice she told us that 3 outside attorneys were called and She stated that the 3 outside attorneys told her Negligent homicide was the only charges she could file that's not the case she is doing this because of her friendship with Lisa sister Emily who is an elected official at county courthouse.

Mathew Peck came from Stephen's County Sheriff Department where he was an officer. He had a K9, Officer BAK, and responded to a traffic stop. Upon returning home from the call he left Officer BAK in the car for 36 hours without food, water, or cool air. Court documents state Peck found his K9 partner BAK dead at approximately 10:40 a.m. Aug. 26. 2016. He then has the charges dropped by none other then Attorney Jason Hicks. He was fired from the Sheriff's Dept. He is now Chief of Police Waurika. They dropped Mathew Peck's charges due to no necropsy being done on the K9, a technicality. He left an OFFICER OF THE LAW in a car overnight for 3 days with no food, water, air. The temperatures was 99 degrees which in a car can easily reach 120 degrees.
