JUSTICE FOR JORGE BRAVO

We Move For Jorge Bravo To Have Sentence Commuted And Or Placed On His Next Sentence!

On October 23rd 2000 Mr. Bravo was charged and later sentenced ( February 14th 2002 ) to a life with parole for a crime he didn't commit. His Co-defendants ( 3 ) who took it upon themselves to go rob the U-Haul where Mr. Bravo worked without his acknowledgement which led to an individual dying and a customer being severely injured. Mr. Bravo's arrest came solely based on the D.A's star witness who not only had pending charges but also friends with Mr. Bravo's Co-defendants which at His house is where plans were made concerning robbery and loaned his gun ( registered ) which was used in murder. Another witness testified that he drove Co-Defendants to U-Haul and ask if he wanted in, which he declined, as they planned on their way there. A third witness testified, which his interview took place at his house while under the influence of alcohol, and stated that those involved planned the robbery in his presence a few times while never seeing Mr. Bravo anytime. Mr. Bravo's Co-Defendant testified that not only were they planning to rob the establishment day prior of actual event but that Mr. Bravo Was not part of the cut which was 40%-40%-20%. Mr. Bravo was arrested for 1st Degree Murder and Conspiracy to Commit a Robbery tho during his preliminary hearing his charge was Robbery or Attempt of Robbery w/a Dangerous Weapon ( which is still pending to this day ), but due to Mr. Bravo's lack of cooperation was then given 1st Degree Murder ( Death Penalty ) and Conspiracy of Robbery in hopes of scaring him into testifying. His trial was unjust due to 3 hostile witnesses who had more involvement in crime by knowing but in exchange for their testimonies had unrelated charges dropped. A juror who stated during jury picking that her family are best friends with plaintiffs family and told judge that plaintiffs sister not only came by the house but also said to her on way to deliberate that " she needs to find Mr. Bravo guilty", but was ignored and told to make her mind up. Mr. Bravo was interrogated over three hours in two different rooms while under the influence of drugs. Within those times he seen over dozen detectives and police officers stating they knew what happened before any actual recording/off records. Mr. Bravo ask for an attorney which was told okay but never seen one, instead Mr. Bravo was interrogated and told what he should say since what Mr. Bravo was saying was not to their liking. Mr. Bravo was told they have statements verifying that Mr. Bravo was at a party and jokingly said where he works at "COULD" be an easy target which Mr. Bravo denied. Hours passed and they continued to pressure Mr. Bravo into agreeing that he did jokingly say it was an easy target. Mr. Bravo stated detectives coerced him into giving statement but leave detectives names out. Mr. Bravo being tired from interrogation seen that detectives were not going to stop so he finally complied to a crime he did not commit.
With uncredible witnesses, no proper representation from court appointed attorneys, no evidence placing Mr. Bravo at any conversations leading to crime, jurors relationship with victims family and trial solely based on a conspiracy charge which is double jeopardy to his conviction of 1st Degree Murder; Mr. Bravo never had a fair and just trail!!
