Move Don Stillwell Park's basketball court.

Every single day my family has to hear, from in our home over television or music, vulgar innapropriate language. This comes from children ranging in age from 8 to adult ages. We hear curse words and sexual talk day in and day out. I, among other females, have had many numerous sexual things said to us when checking the mail or walking the trail at the park. We also deal with a ton of water bottles, soda bottles, and soda cans being left all around the basketball court. There are also a handful of preteen and teenage boys that pull their pants all the way down and urinate on the posts of the basketball court. Our children get woken up almost every night by a variety of ages of people dribbling balls, screaming, and yelling at 9 p.m.. A county worker comes to lock the park anywhere from 9 to 10 p.m.. Almost every time, he allows the people to stay in the park and locks them in. They will jump the fence when ready to leave. Some people yell and carry on until midnight. As homeowners directly across from this basketball court we feel disrespected by this issue not being taken seriously. We are asking that the county move the basketball court to the opposite side of the park. We want people to be able to enjoy it, but as tax paying homeowners we feel we have the right to some peace at some point.
