OUTLAW ANY FORM OF PARENTAL ALIENATION IN IRELAND

0 have signed. Let’s get to 500!

We demand that any form of Parental Alienation, also known as Hostile Aggressive Parenting, Pathogenic Parenting, Active Estrangement or more be recognized as Emotional Child Abuse, cruelty to children and recklessly endangering the child for the rest of his / her life and that an enactment be urgently put in place to prohibit it and punish offenders.

We also demand that the submission by the Parental Alienation Awareness Association to the Justice Committee in 2015 be reconsidered, referring to the document at https://www.academia.edu/12112395/Submission_to_Oireachtas_-_Parental_Alienation_Enactment

We also demand that the Courts, all officials and professionals involved in child protection be educated about ECAPA (Emotional Child Abuse by Parental Alienation)

in alternative-

We demand that peer reviewed evidence by knowledgeable professionals be published by the Irish Government (or it's agent TUSLA), that Emotional Child Abuse by Parental Alienation is not abuse, not cruelty to children and not recklessly endangering the child for the rest of his / her life.

We also demand that evidence be supplied that peer reviewed studies by professionals and known effects and outcomes of Parental Alienation on the child is a fallacy

We also demand evidence that other jurisdictions who enacted legislation against Parental Alienation were ill informed

We also demand evidence that known and published suicide letters, notes and other evidence of PAS Children or Target Parents are false or not applicable evidence of the Cruel and inhumane punishment driving them to their deaths.

We finally demand evidence that Parental Alienation is not in breach of the Constitution of Ireland, the European Convention on Human Rights, the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child and that Parental Alienation is in the best interest of the child.

Note: When referring to PAS, we refer to Parental Alienation Sequel, not "syndrome"

Also note: The appropriate DSM-5 diagnosis for each of our situations is:

309.4 – Adjustment Disorder with mixed disturbance of emotions and conduct
V61.20 – Parent-Child Relational Problem
V61.29 – Child Affected by Parental Relationship Distress
V995.51 – Child Psychological Abuse, Confirmed
