Red Flag legislation threatens our Second Amendment rights by denying due process based on loose, subjective definitions. The encroachment upon an individual by the State expands regulatory authority. This is a single example of an infringing policy based upon the greater, systematic erosion of our individual, state and Federal constitutional rights.

After much deliberation, America's patriots gifted a road map for self-governance. With the self-evident truths of our enumerated rights, freedom remains inalienable. To better define and organize our society, rights provide the common ground upon which we stand in times of social and political upheaval.

As a local community, a state, and a nation, we recognize the recent turbulence and polarization as the direct result of straying from the fundamentals of not only defending our own rights, but the common, fundamental rights of others. We shed partisanship and labels when we return to the common beliefs of upholding truth and justice for all.

Ohio Stands United upon the common ground of our inalienable rights. We will work as connected, local communities throughout the state to mount local and state-wide action, and compel our elected officers to abide by the Will of the People in our enumeration and defense of that which was granted by, and exists into the infinite.
