This is a petition in support of Mr. Bang T. Le #324-496. He was convicted of (2) counts of aggravated robbery and (1) count of attempted murder. He has taken responsibility for the heinous act and held accountable. He has been incarcerated for the last 18 years and is due back to the parole board in April of 2014.
Mr. Bang T. Le was only 18 years old when he committed these acts. Over the years Mr. Le has shown great remorse for his actions and showed great strides in changing his life around. He has completed many life skill classes, substance abuse and anger management courses, and also has completed a college course obtaining a degree in Hospitality Management. Over the years, through the help of his family, Mr. Le has grown into a man with principles and great character. No longer is he the lost young man without morale and values, Mr. Le wishes to one day show how much of an asset he can be to the community.
Mr. Bang T. Le is asking the community for help and support. He wishes to be there to help and support his family, especially his mother. He is ready to assume responsibility as a law-abiding citizen. He has been incarcerated for far too long. The punishment should fit the crime, but in this instance no life was taken and Mr. Le should receive a second chance to show how much he can be of great value to the community as well as his family.
Please sign this petition in support of the release of Mr. Bang T. Le #324-496. He wants to show the court that the system works, that rehabilitation comes only from within, and that Mr. Le is ready, willing, and able to make the best out of a second chance.
